Ordering

Can I Cancel My Order?
We completely get it; we change our minds, too. You can cancel your order any time, until it’s shipped. Once we ship your order, we will not offer refunds.

What if I want to speak to someone?
We want to speak to you too! Please use the Contact link in our main navigation for any questions, concerns, or feedback. While we can't respond to every email, we promise to get back to you within 48 hours or less, if you're experiencing a problem with or have a concern about your order. Concerns expressed on Friday or over the weekend will be responded to on Monday.

If you want to talk by phone, just let us know in your message, and one of us will gladly give you a call.

Shipping

How Do Your Baskets Ship?
First, we wrap them beautifully in cellophane with a giant box, just like you see in the pictures on our product pages. The baskets are gorgeous! Then we careful place them in a box with protective packaging inside, and we ship them to you with notification and tracking.

Typically, we ship within a working day or two of your order.

Do You Charge for Shipping?
Sometimes we offer expedited shipping at a cost; however, we always offer a FREE SHIPPING option (with a tracking number) within the United States. For orders outside the U.S., our website will display a shipping cost.

Returns

What Is Your Returns Policy?
We accept returns for defective items or items damaged in shipping. We require a photo of the damaged item, and all requests for returns must be made with seven days of receiving your items. Don’t worry, you won’t have to send the defect item back to us.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any other reason.

What If My Package Is Lost or Stolen?
Oh no! Unfortunately, the security of your mailbox is beyond our control. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier. In most cases this will be UPS or the United States Postal Service. PRO TIP: Take the tracking number we gave you to your carrier; often they can use it to locate your shipment.

Substitutions

Do You Ever Substitute Items?
Our baskets and inventory change often. For example, we love to add new baskets for specific holidays, for fundraisers, and other events.

Sometimes we'll run out of the usual base that a basket sits on, a specific color of ribbon or bow, or a particular dog toy, or some other item. On the rare occasion when this happens, we will substitute something of equal or greater value; however, we make sure not to stray from the theme of the basket.
